Design Intent
The Boulevard 1890 project is an open mall consisting of six single-story standalone buildings spread over a 5,150 m2 plot.
Each building includes restaurants and retail shops. All units are provided with mezzanine floors. Restaurants’ visitors will get access to terraces at mezzanine level, which can be used for outdoor spaces.
