Design Intent
The expansion project sets to extend The Avenues - Bahrain further along the west of Manama’s Seafront located at King Faisal Highway Corniche, a landmark project in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The extension will add an additional 39,645 square meters of leasable space, which will include 222 units, 21 offices, and two entertainment areas. The main components of attraction in the project are an ice rink, a family entertainment center, a souq, retail shops, a trampoline, and a supermarket. The car parking can accommodate around 1276 cars at the ground and basement level.
