The MSCEB Construction Administration Department’s primary function is to administer construction contracts as required. MSCEB Construction Administration (CA) department adopts standard operating procedures in order to promote uniformity and efficiency. The use of consistent practices as provided in the CA Manual are beneficial in dealing with the Contract administration.
Construction Administration mainly provides architectural and engineering supervision services during the construction phase of a project, to check that the works are executed as per the Drawings & Specifications and the Contract is administered in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. The Construction Administration department is headed by a CA Director and CA staff includes Project Managers, Senior Engineers, Engineers, and Works Inspectors of all disciplines.
