MSCEB Appointed as Lead Designers for St. Christopher’s Senior School Riffa Campus

MSCEB is proud to be the lead Design and supervisory consultant for St Christopher’s senior school campus which located at Al Raffah, it will be a state-of-the-art facility to offer the very best of 21st Century learning spaces, bespoke to the academic culture of St Christopher’s and the cultural and climatic context of Bahrain.

The new school will accommodate 1600 students between the ages of 11 and 19 (Y7 to Y13 in the UK system).
Teaching and learning spaces will be clustered by department and faculty and will meet the specific requirements for each subject.
The new school will incorporate comprehensive facilities that include but are not limited to: an auditorium / theatre, multiple sports facilities (indoor and outdoor) including a 50m swimming pool, and dining facilities across the campus. The school will also include a separate multi-faith area for students and staff administration facilities; parking areas for employees, parents and buses, including drop-off and pick-up zones; areas for dual school and community use. The design will be based on sustainable practices, employing passive environmental design, and exploring options for sustainable technologies and targets for accreditation.
