Design Intent
MSCEB designed the concept of this project inspired by Bahrain’s reputed coral reef for an Island in the kingdom. The development is designed as a single community through a unifying architectural language, with an intermediate road in the heart that connects both parts together to form a landmark destination. The project aims to create an inviting habitat for residents through the creation of an internal green oasis and views of the waterfront to create a sense of place and belonging.
