Khalaf delivers the MEED Award to the head of the Survey Authority

Manama - Ministry of Works, Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning: The head of the Survey and Land Registration Authority, Sheikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, received in his office the Minister of Works, Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning, Issam Khalaf, in the presence of the Director General of Resources and Information Systems at the Agency, Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the real estate advisor to President Youssef Al-Ammari. And the legal advisor to the President, Muhammad Abu Al-Hamad, and from the Ministry of Works, the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Ahmed Al-Khayyat, and the Assistant Undersecretary for Construction and Maintenance Projects, Mona Al-Mutawa. During the meeting, Khalaf presented the MEED award for the quality of projects received by the Ministry of Works in a ceremony that took place in the Emirate of Dubai a few days ago, after the Survey and Land Registration Bureau building won among the best 3 projects of the Ministry of Works.

Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa praised the existing cooperation between the Survey Authority and the Ministry of Works, pointing out that the new building project for the Survey and Land Registration Authority was built according to the latest systems and construction technology to provide a work environment that contributes to improving job performance and facilitating the provision of services to auditors. The project was built on an area 24 thousand square meters, and the building consists of 12 floors.

He added, “All projects of the Ministry of Works, Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning come to achieve the aspirations of citizens and meet their needs within the framework of the wise leadership’s directives, praising the speedy completion of the Ministry’s completion of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau building project.”

For his part, the Minister of Works extended his sincere congratulations to Sheikh Salman, explaining that this victory reflects the reality of our wise leadership's interest in developing the infrastructure sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development, taking into account the completion of government projects in accordance with the best standards of quality and creativity. and international practices in this field.
