Design Intent
Marassi Bay, a mixed-use residential development, within Plot 4 at Marassi Al Bahrain. The total plot area is 6,666 m2. The project comprises of 196 Apartment units along with Retails and F&B Units at Lower Ground level, facing the beach.
The 196 apartment units are a mix of Studio, 1, 2 & 3-Bedroom units from Level 1 to level 10 including a Podium that has common amenities at level 1. The total GFA (Residential + Retail) is 22,500 m2 and Built-up of the (Residential + Retail) is 34,153. The total number of car parking is 272 for the development.
