Design Intent
Located along one of the busiest traffic holding highway in the Island, Shaikh Isa Bin Salman Highway, the project is expected to make a footprint in the vibrant neighborhood of Um Al Hassam. The project comprises of three building blocks that HAVE the flexibility to be subdivided into several stand-alone rental units connected by a common extended terrace, functioning as outdoor seating space for the F&B units.
Building Design caters to flexible usage such as F&B’s, drive-thru and dine-in and retail units. The unique contemporary style building is designed to function as a leisure destination for the people driving on the adjacent Highway as well as for the neighborhood residents. The project is thoughtfully planned and designed to offer unique user experience delivering dramatic views and vistas, to and from the development.
