At Al Jazayer Beach, Zallaq, Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort and Spa is a luxury beachfront family destination on Bahrain’s west coast — villas and hotel rooms, welcome centre, gym and spa, beachfront dining, pools, bungalows, a water canal, and retail — set against the Gulf and a palm reserve.
As Lead Consultant for MEP and Structural Engineering and Construction Administration, MSCEB delivered coordinated structure and building services across guest accommodation, leisure, F&B, retail, and resort infrastructure, including central chilled water, ventilation energy recovery, BMS-linked metering, LED and intelligent lighting, guest-room HVAC controls, power factor correction, and sewage treatment for irrigation.
The resort has received international recognition, including a 2023 Global Design & Architecture Design Award (Hospitality, Built) and World Spa Awards for Talise Spa (2023–2024) — reflecting MSCEB’s commitment to “Quality is our Tradition.”
