Design Intent
A shopping and leisure destination with a unique seafront location, located in the heart of Manama. The project introduces a new concept to the Kingdom, with a design inspired by The Avenues in Kuwait that provides visitors with an outdoor feel while remaining indoors.
The project’s leasing space is around 40,000 sq.m and includes stores, restaurants, and cafes that will overlook Bahrain Bay. It also includes large family entertainment areas such as a special play hall, 10 cinemas, public parks, walkways, and parking spaces.
