MSCEB Signs Agreement with Al Kooheji Real Estate for Marina Villaggio Waterfront Project in Manama.
MSCEB has signed an agreement with Al Kooheji Real Estate to provide full engineering and design consultancy for the upcoming Marina Villaggio residential tower on Manama’s waterfront.
The project features a 91-meter, 25-storey tower with 238 parking spaces, 19 residential floors, and a total built-up area of 33,000 m.
As the lead consultant, MSCEB will deliver the complete architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design package. The partnership reflects both companies’ commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable urban development, adding a new residential landmark to Manama’s evolving waterfront.
