MSCEB’s Response to COVID-19

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our employees, their families, our clients and the community is our highest priority. MSCEB is committed in doing our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 During these uncertain times, the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, their families, our clients and the community are of utmost importance to us.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken precautionary measures to safeguard the well-being of our community. We are monitoring the situation and acting in accordance with the government guidelines. In the meantime, we are doing our part to combat the disease by maintaining hygiene standards in our office so as to provide our employees with a safe environment

MSCEB has appointed a task force of key leaders to make decisions about the employee’s safety, technology and infrastructure, and business continuity. The meetings held fielded questions that focused on local and global issues that required consistent application across our office. The team is also committed to providing responses and solutions in accordance to the ever-changing condition.

MSCEB followed the directions of Bahrain’s main health authority in integrating protocols taken and implementing precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus, like wearing masks, maintaining social distance and personal space, no handshakes—have become integrated in our office and on-sites.

We have also moved the entire working process to the cloud and arranged a Work-From-Home program to ensure we adhere to the recommended safe distancing measures. All Meetings, Work Events, Employee gatherings, Interviews are conducted online as well as all of our client’s meetings are held virtually.

We are encouraging anyone who has the ability to work remotely to do so, and for the employees coming to work health measures were considered such as temperature check before entering the building as we has also restricted office access for visitors and have postponed all vendor presentations, group tours, and events hosted in our offices until further notice.

As an Architectural Engineering firm, we design places and spaces for our clients that can be prepared and adapted to a wide variety of circumstances. Now that we are living in one of those scenarios, we are experiencing how much this can impact our day-to-day lives.
