Design Intent
A shopping and leisure destination with a unique seafront location, located in the heart of Manama. The project introduces a new concept to the Kingdom, with a design inspired by The Avenues in Kuwait that provides visitors with an outdoor feel while remaining indoors.
The project’s leasing space is around 40,000 m and includes stores, restaurants, and cafes that will overlook Bahrain Bay. It also includes large family entertainment areas such as a special play hall, 10 cinemas, public parks, walkways, and parking spaces.
